D’une manière générale, il est très en pointe sur tout ce qui concerne les fruits et légumes. Pour coller à cette réalité, de nouvelles filières de formation se sont mises en place. C’est le cas à Castelsarrasin où le Lycée Jean de Prades a ouvert cette rentrée un CAP Primeurs. Une première en France, Johan Gesrel.
