Depuis plusieurs nuits, le thermomètre affiche des températures en-dessous de zéro dans le Tarn-et-Garonne.

Pour l’heure, le niveau 1 du Plan Grand Froid n’a pas été déclenché par la préfecture. Cela n’empêche pas le 115 de fonctionner à plein régime pour venir en aide aux sans-abris.
