L’aventure a démarré en 2008 et ce sont aujourd’hui une douzaine d’agriculteurs qui la font vivre. Leur culture répond avant tout à une demande locale.

120 tonnes de patates devraient être commercialisées cette année. L’association de producteurs, malgré le succès rencontré, a choisi de se développer lentement, mais sûrement.
